Our accessibility goal
Smart Switch Academy is working toward a clear, usable experience for learners, guardians, applicants, staff, and visitors across desktop, tablet, mobile, keyboard, and assistive technology use.
What we are building for
- Readable typography, clear headings, and sufficient colour contrast.
- Keyboard access, visible focus states, skip links, and semantic landmarks.
- Responsive layouts that remain usable on smaller screens.
- Accessible labels, validation messages, status announcements, and native expandable sections.
- Captions or transcripts for learning media where available.
Known limitations
Some third-party services, uploaded documents, media, and older content may not yet meet every accessibility need. We continue to review the experience and prioritise issues that prevent someone from completing an important task.
